Missing Receipts from Store Transactions

If you recently conducted a transaction at one of our stores and were not provided with a receipt, we’d like to know about it. Please e-mail Customer.Assistance@travelex.com with the following information:

  •  Your name
  •  The date and approximate time of your transaction
  •  A description of your transaction
  •  The method of payment (do not provide credit or debit card details)
  •  Your mailing address
  • The location where you purchased your currency

We will investigate the transaction and, if necessary, send a replacement receipt to the mailing address provided.
